Ice Bear is a bear. A white bear. Ice bear has two bros, Grizzly and Panda, who keep him company in the wonderful Bay Area of San Francisco. Yes, that is where Ice Bear Lives. He is emotionless and monotone. But Ice Bear is good.
Also Ice Bear will rip off the lips of anyone who abuses their right of freedom.
